SiniSaede [s̠inis̠æde̞(ʔ)].
I actually have three first names from which the first two create my domain name: Sini Säde, Blue Ray. My full name carries with it a lot of symbolism: it represents steadiness, relentlessness and regrowth; fairness, responsibility and love, loyalty and creativity. All these meanings describe my character surprisingly well! The only thing I would add is a terrible sense of humor.
Think before doing.
My work ideology is based on knowing the basics and the context before you can innovate. I’m an eager conversationalist who enjoys deep discussions that aim for mutual understanding with no need for winners or losers. I prefer to question my observations and look for well-reasoned arguments. By asking questions and getting feedback, I gather knowledge and learn (amazingly quickly!). Then, I start doing: efficiently and meticulously. Precision and attention to detail are some of my best traits.
A modern polymath.
I’m up for eternal improvement and don’t want to get stuck on my ways. I’m a feedback-junkie who seeks to improve constantly. I want to keep on learning new skills while specializing in others. Generally, I’m inspired by history, cultures, and documentaries (like the ones by Asian Boss ja Unreported World). Being curious about one’s environment will lead to creative outcomes and a multivocal mind.
